Completion of the «Self-Help +» course
The «Self-Help +» course has been completed at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University!
The course participants, psychologists, gained important facilitation skills and mastered modern methods of supporting mental health.
The program helped expand the tools of specialists and prepare them to work with groups that need psychological support in conditions of constant stress.
