Meeting of the Academic Council of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University
On August 28, a meeting of the University’s Academic Council was held at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic.
The following issues were discussed at the meeting:
? selection by competition for the vacant position of heads of departments
? The work plan of the Academic Council of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University for the 2025–2026 academic year
? carrying out internal monitoring on the issues of documentation management, admission to study and the quality of educational activity
? creation of an educational and scientific laboratory of advocacy in the structure of the Faculty of Law
? creation of a structural division of the university — the Startup School of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University
? The program of psychosocial support and development of mental health of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University
? making changes to the Admission Rules of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University for 2025
? recommendation for publication of scientific and educational literature
? load of scientific and pedagogical and pedagogical workers of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University
During the Scientific Council, Serhiy Chigileychyk and Alyona Sadykinia were solemnly awarded with diplomas of Doctor of Philosophy. Also, the first vice-rector, Serhiy Shilo, received a candidate of sciences diploma.
Andriy Skrebtsov, Olena Ostroglyad and Nataliya Ostrovskaya were awarded the associate professor certificate.
Snizhana Vychuzhanina, head of the department of scientific work of students, was awarded the prize of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for special achievements of youth in the development of Ukraine.
Vitalii Loferdyuk received a III degree diploma for winning the International Student Professional Creative Competition «Materials Science».
Olexander Mityaev, Volodymyr Pleskach, Ivan Akimov, Yuliia Petrusha, Valentina Povzlo and Anna Jus were awarded certificates for excellent work as a scientific supervisor of the participants and winners of the International Student Professional Creative Competition «Materials Science».
Associate Professor of the Department of Labor and Environmental Protection Serhiy Silenko and teacher of the Department of Social Work Tetiana Novak were awarded a certificate for many years of conscientious work, personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists, active position in the public life of the university.
Professor of the Department of Design Yurii Kryvoruchko and Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Customs Iryna Lazneva received a certificate for many years of conscientious work, personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists, an active position in the public life of the university and on the occasion of the celebration of the 125th anniversary of the founding of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University.
A certificate for conscientious work, organization and provision of the educational process and on the occasion of the celebration of the 125th anniversary of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University was awarded to the dispatcher of the Faculty of Information Security and Electronic Communications Hanna Turpak, the leading specialist of the Department of Accounting and Finance Maryna Shevtsova, the heads of educational laboratories of the Department of Radio Engineering and Telecommunications Halyna Sydorenko and Yevgenia Kolesnikova, Nataliia Lyashenko, senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Digital Technologies in Business and Economics.
Thanks for many years of conscientious work, personal contribution to the training of highly qualified specialists, an active position in the public life of the university and on the occasion of the celebration of the 125th anniversary of the founding of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University were received by Viktoriia Koval, a senior lecturer at the Department of Philosophy, and Mykhailo Zaluzhny, a senior lecturer at the Department of Electric Drives and Automation of Industrial Plants.
For conscientious work, organization and provision of the educational process and on the occasion of the celebration of the 125th anniversary of the founding of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University, the head of the educational laboratory of the department of physical culture, Olympic and non-Olympic sports Andriy Pashchenko, the head of the educational laboratory of the department of electric drive and automation of industrial installations Lidia Tertyshna, the laboratory assistant of the department of physical materials science were awarded thanks Andriy Danilin.
Thanks for responsibility, proactive and professional approach to work were presented to the laboratory assistant of the Department of Special Education Kseniia Koshlyak, the senior laboratory assistant of the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation Anna Vazhnichya, the senior laboratory assistant of the Department of System Analysis and Computational Mathematics Yuliia Potapova.
