Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic in the city’s schools: when getting to know professions is interesting, interactive and useful!
This week we visited Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 6, Zaporizhzhia Academic Lyceum No. 23 and Zaporizhzhia Educational Complex No. 67 to help schoolchildren try themselves in different professions and find their calling!
The Faculty of Social Sciences turned students into real journalists: they interviewed each other and talked with the editor-in-chief of the student newspaper. Who knows, maybe future media stars are already growing among them?
The Faculty of Business Technologies and Economics opened the door to the world of entrepreneurship! Together we remembered how and why we earned our first money, discussed important business issues, and decided what was closer — running a company or creating our own business.
The Faculty of Law tested students on their knowledge of the law through… fairy tales! «Seven Little Goats» and «Thumbelina» became real criminal cases, and students acted as lawyers and prosecutors.
The Faculty of Humanities turned English learning into a game! «Elias» helped us feel like translators and understand how important it is to know languages in the modern world.
The Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports Management added drive: participants tested their accuracy in darts, competed for prizes, and felt like real athletes.
The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering introduced students to lifting mechanisms, their designs, and principles of operation. Engineering technologies in action!
The Faculty of Computer Science and Technology launched creative thinking among schoolchildren: students created the concept of a «smartwatch» – from the idea to developing their own design and determining the composition of the team of necessary specialists.
The Faculty of Information Security and Electronic Communications taught how to work with drones! We studied their structure, functionality and possibilities of use in modern technologies.
The Faculty of Electrical Engineering discovered the secrets of solar energy! Students experimented with serial and parallel connection of solar panels, measured power and determined the most effective method of use.
Together with the Faculty of Transport, they delved into the world of cars: students learned more about the structure of cars, traffic rules and features of modern transport.
Each faculty gave students the opportunity to feel like professionals! Thank you to everyone who was with us for your activity, curiosity and desire to learn new things!
Don’t postpone the future – create it together with the Polytechnic!
