All-Ukrainian forum «Days of Educational Leadership». 2nd day

On June 7, the 2nd day of the All-Ukrainian forum «Days of Educational Leadership» was held online at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University.

The speakers were Volodymyr Bakhrushyn, Chairman of the Academic Council of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, Coordinator of the Higher Education Sector of the National Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Member of the National Team of Experts on Higher Education Reform, Artem Artyukhov, Member of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education, Head of the Committee of the National Agency for Ethics, Nataliia Savelyuk, Professor of the Department of Psychology of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, Co-founder of the NGO «Progressylny» Ivan Balykin, Director of the Regional Innovation Hub of NTU DP, Member of the Supervisory Board of IT Dnipro Community Tetyana Bulana, First Vice-Rector of the Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Melitopol State Pedagogical University Nataliia Glebova, Dean of the Faculty of Transport of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University Oleksiy Kuzkin, Professor of the Department of Sociology and Psychology of the KhNUVS, member of the GER 05 «Social and Behavioral Sciences» Iryna Nechytaylo, Associate Professor of the Department of Journalism of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, member of the NGO «Social Interaction» Iryna Tonkih.

We raised a variety of topics aimed at improving the state of Ukrainian education, including changes in legislation on the organization of the educational process, ensuring academic integrity, preventing and overcoming professional burnout, partnerships between universities and the public, artificial intelligence, international projects for the modernization of educational content, cross-domain competencies of the 21st century, a competency-based approach, and the ethics of public speaking.
