Visit of Sanna Björling, a special correspondent for the Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter, to Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University
Sanna Björling, a special correspondent for the leading Swedish publication Dagens Nyheter, recently visited Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University.
She met with students, graduate students, and university staff, and spoke with First Vice-Rector Serhiy Shyl and Associate Professor of the Department of Journalism Nataliia Ostrovskaya. They talked about studying in a frontline city, recovering from shelling, the work of the Department of Journalism and media education projects, as well as the experience of students and faculty who live in difficult war conditions every day.
The purpose of Ms. Sanna’s visit is to see with her own eyes the realities of Zaporizhzhia and convey to the world a true picture of the resilience of our region and the indomitability of Ukrainians.
