Congratulations to the winners of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad on the restoration and improvement of wear resistance of parts and structures!

On the basis of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University, the All-Ukrainian Student Distance Olympiad in the specialization «Restoration and improvement of wear resistance of parts and structures» was held.

The first vice-rector Serhiy Shilo, responsible for conducting the Olympiad, the head of the department of integrated welding technologies and structural modeling Oleksiy Kapustyan and the head of the department of scientific work of students Snizhana Vychuzhanina made a welcome speech.

For the second time, the Olympiad takes place in an online format and covers current issues to ensure economic efficiency, environmental friendliness and sustainable development of industry thanks to the introduction of innovative technological solutions. Leading institutions of higher education from Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv and Khmelnytskyi joined the participation this year.

The Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic was presented by a team of students of the Faculty of Engineering and Physics, consisting of Yevhen Zayezzhai (IF-312), Yevheny Pavlyuk (IF-313) and Fedir Udovichenko (IF-312) under the scientific guidance of Anna Lapteva, associate professor of the Department of Integrated Welding Technologies and Structural Modeling.
