V All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference «Society and Personality in Modern Communication Discourse»
On May 14-15, the V All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference «Society and Personality in Modern Communication Discourse» was held at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University.
The scientific event was attended by 131 participants (scientists, teachers, graduate students, students) from different parts of Ukraine (Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Ternopil, Dnipro, Poltava, Uman, Mariupol, Berdyansk, Vinnytsia, Kropyvnytskyi).
The range of problems discussed: strategic directions for the development of the theory and practice of social work, issues of social policy in the world, theoretical, methodological and applied problems of modern journalism, problems and prospects psychological science in Ukraine.
During a full-scale war, it is very important to scientifically understand the activities of journalists who fight information threats, cover events, often on the front line, the activities of psychologists and social workers who help victims, and it is extremely important to study practical technologies for psychological assistance to individuals in crisis situations.
