Ceremonial awarding of a student asset on the occasion of the International Students’ Day and the 124th anniversary of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University
On November 20, a ceremony was held to reward active students at the «FREETIME» youth hub.
Rector of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic Viktor Greshta, head of the trade union committee of students, post-graduate and doctoral students Maryna Zinchenko and head of student self-government Sofiia Stepanenko made a welcome speech.
The active activities of our youth were recognized with diplomas from the rector, the Department of Sports, Family and Youth of the Zaporizhzhia City Council and the district administration of the Zaporizhzhia City Council in the Oleksandrivsky district, and the students were also awarded with diplomas of the winners of the university stage of the «Student of the Year-2024» competition.
On November 22, during the solemn conference of the labor team, the second awarding ceremony for the university’s active youth took place.
The students were greeted by the rector of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic Viktor Greshta, the head of the Zaporizhzhia regional state administration Ivan Fedorov, the director of the Department of Education and Science of the regional state administration Liudmyla Bukharina.
This year, the head of student self-government Sofiia Stepanenko, the director of the youth hub «FREETIME» Mykyta Zayk and the entire student body of the Polytechnic were honored with thanks from the Zaporizhzhia regional state administration.
The rector’s scholarship was awarded to students who won the subject Olympiads from Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University in the 11th grade and are now studying in their first year at our university.
Active students were awarded Certificates of Honor by the Department of Education and Science of the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, the Zaporizhzhia Regional Organization of the Trade Union of Education and Science Workers of Ukraine, and the Department of Youth, Physical Culture and Sports of the ZODA.
