Participation of NU «Zaporizka Polytechnic» in the meeting of NKUTPM
On November 11, a meeting of the National Committee of Ukraine for Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (NCUTPM) was held. Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University was represented by the vice-rector for scientific work, Vadym Shalomeev, who is a member of this committee.
At the meeting, the report of the chairman of the NKUTPM, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Vyacheslav Bogdanov on the work of the committee for 2023-2025 was presented. Reports of academicians of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Anatoliy Bulat and Roman Kushnir, were also presented about the outstanding scientific achievements of scientists of the Dnipro and Western regions.
According to the results of the work of NKUTPM, a navigation map of current research trends and topics for inter-institutional cooperation and technology transfer was formed, as well as a plan for the development of the National Committee to promote the strengthening of scientific ties, increasing the role of science in society, and the emergence of new interdisciplinary initiatives.
