Trainings for teachers «Prevention of professional burnout»
On October 10 and 17, two trainings for teachers «Prevention of professional burnout» were held at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University in the renovated Educational Hub.
The trainers were Albina Onyshchenko and Mila Savenkova from our close partners, the NGO «Educated Initiative».
During the training, the participants learned about the causes and signs of professional burnout, and, most importantly, received practical recommendations for its prevention.
Under the authoritative guidance of the trainers, the teachers tried to perform psychological exercises and apply relaxation techniques, and also played interactive games for the first time to relieve stress and increase team interaction.
Thank you NGO «Educated Initiative» for resource practices aimed at maintaining emotional balance and effectively combating burnout.
The creation of an educational hub for displaced teachers at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University was made possible with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) project «Strengthening Public Trust» (UCBI).
