Team building training from student psychologists for students of NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic»
On April 30, 3rd year students of the specialty «Psychology» Anastasiia Bashliya and Sofiia Vul conducted a team building training for students of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic. The training was attended by 1st-3rd year students from the Faculty of Construction, Architecture and Design, the Faculty of International Tourism and Economics, and the Faculty of Information Security and Electronic Communications.
The training was conducted in a game format using art therapy methods and drama therapy, which contributed to the disclosure of the personality of each participant, openness and rapprochement with the team. In the exercise «What would Mr. X do?» By «trying on» the image of their favorite character, the participants were able to experiment with different strategies for resolving conflicts and practicing behavior in emergency situations. As a result of the training, each team created and presented its own emblem and motto.
After the training, the participants gave positive feedback on the work done:
