Training on environmental communications for employees of Zaporizhzhia Electrosupply LLC
Within the framework of the memorandum between Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University and Zaporizhzhia Electrosupply LLC, the psychologist of the educational department Mykola Novotarsky conducted a training on environmental communications for employees of Zaporizhzhia Electrosupply LLC.
The participants, together with the trainer:
- found out what conflict is and its causes
- learned to recognize the needs of the parties in controversial situations
- acquainted themselves with strategies for environmental conflict resolution
- analyzed real cases of the enterprise
- worked out the «grounding» technique for emotional stability
