Training «Effective Tools of Crisis Psychological Assistance»
On December 4, partners from the Israeli Trauma Coalition, Alex Galchinsky and Andriy Maslyuk, visited the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University.
The specialists conducted a training «Effective Tools of Crisis Psychological Assistance» for our students.
During the training, the students learned:
- how the human nervous system reacts to stress
- what are the ways to adapt to a stressful situation
- techniques for rapid stabilization of the mental state during a stressful situation
