A student of NU «Zaporizka Polytechnic» is a participant of the III All-Ukrainian Forum of Athletes

On December 18, the III All-Ukrainian Forum of Athletes was held in Kyiv, organized by the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine together with the Commission of Athletes of the NOC of Ukraine.

The event was attended by Artem Kokarev (KNT-123), a student of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University, who represented the university’s student and sports community at the all-Ukrainian level.

The forum brought together more than 100 leading athletes and specialists, coaches, representatives of sports federations, medical and scientific institutions, who discussed the key challenges and prospects for the development of the Olympic movement in Ukraine.

Two meaningful discussion sessions were held within the program:
– «Safe sport: man above all», dedicated to the issues of sports medicine, anti-doping policy and safety of athletes
– «Voice of athletes: shaping the future of Olympic sports», during which leading athletes shared their own experience and vision of the development of the Olympic movement

President of the NOC of Ukraine Vadym Gutzait, head of the Athletes’ Commission of the NOC of Ukraine Heorhiy Zantaraya, as well as Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Oleksiy Nikitenko addressed the participants with words of support.

The participation of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University students in events of this level is a confirmation of the active position of the university’s youth, their involvement in the development of Olympic values ​​and modern Ukrainian sports.
