STEM activities of the Children’s and Youth Scientific University «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic»: involvement of students of gymnasium No. 77
On February 18, students of Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 77 began studying in the circles of the Children’s and Youth Scientific University «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic».
During these classes, children will acquire initial engineering skills, get acquainted with modern technologies and technical equipment, conduct practical experiments and analyze the results obtained.
Each circle lesson is a separate STEM lesson that has an interdisciplinary approach, forms interest in the scientific, technical and engineering profession, popularizes innovative, research and inventive activities and has practical components.
In the first classes, schoolchildren plunged into the world programming in Scratch and C++, got acquainted with the basic elements of Arduino, studied the basics of physics, electricity and electronics, controlled aircraft, and performed practical tasks in augmented reality.
