Polling station No. 3: Zaporizhzhia, St. Yatsenka, 3a.
Polling station No. 4: Zaporizhzhia, Sobornyi Ave., 194.
Polling station No. 5: Tokmak, Gogolya St., 71.
Polling station No. 6: Berdyansk, Lya-Seynska St., 59.

- identity card
- personal protective equipment in accordance with quarantine restrictions.
