The results of the ZNTU–Prokom cooperation

In the fall of 2013, as part of the TEMPUS ICo-op project «Industrial cooperation and creative engineering education based on remote engineering and virtual tools», an agreement was signed between ZNTU (department of software and Department of Personnel Management and Labor Economics) and Procom LLC ( http://procom.zp.ua/ ). The parties agreed to join forces with the aim of training personnel for the IT industry, namely the field of development, implementation and support of software products of the «1C» company.

Main areas of cooperation:

• exchange of professional, educational information and practical experience;
• conducting joint events, namely Olympiads, competitions, which will contribute to raising the level of training of future specialists;
• organization of theoretical training and internship of students on the basis of the Center of Certified Training LLC «Procom» ( http://cso.procom.zp.ua/ );
• organization of graduation and students’ practice;
• promotion of employment of ZNTU graduates.

At the first stage meetings of representatives of the LLC with students of the specified departments took place. During these events, the director of LLC Butenko S.M. and Head of the Certified Training Center of Procom LLC I.A. Stolyarchuk. talked about the peculiarities of the work of modern IT specialists and the competencies needed today in the field of complex automation of accounting and enterprise management using the «1C: Enterprise» software complex.

In November 2013, a pilot group of six students of the software department attended the certified course «Introduction to configuration in the 1C:Enterprise» system. Main objects. Version 8.2« on the basis of the Certified Training Center of Procom LLC. Students received the corresponding Certificates.

The next stage of cooperation was the internship of our students in January 2014 on the basis of the Certified Training Center, after which they successfully passed the certification exam on knowledge of the basic mechanisms of the »1C: Enterprise 8.2« platform. and received the corresponding »1C: Expert« Certificates.

At this time, students Maryna Tsisaruk, Mariia Spiridonova, Liudmyla Medvedeva are working on bachelor’s theses on a real topic proposed by the specialists of Procom LLC, they are receiving the necessary consultations and improving their knowledge and practical skills. The company’s specialists are sure that these students will have a good opportunity to realize themselves in their chosen profession.
