Spokiy (Spokiy) is a free Estonian-Ukrainian project providing psychological and psychotherapeutic assistance to residents of Ukraine online.

Thanks to Spokiy, you can receive a free mental health diagnosis, as well as professional consultations from Ukrainian psychologists and psychotherapists, without leaving your home.

All you need is an Internet connection to complete the questionnaire and join the video conference.

Mental and psychological assistance from Ukrainian specialists. More than 10 psychologists, psychiatrists and psychotherapists provide assistance within the project.
