Presentation of the premium CAD-CAM software TEBIS

On August 2, the Department of Metal-Cutting Machine Tools and Tools held a seminar-presentation of the premium CAD-CAM software TEBIS.

A leading specialist from AMS International, Przemislaw Nowotarski, spoke online. He described in detail the areas of application of the software and the opportunities opened up by the advanced technologies introduced. Mr. Przemislaw also presented partners who use TEBIS software and who can become potential employers of our students.

Since Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University is one of the first universities in Europe to have the opportunity to use this product in the educational and scientific process and in production activities, we strive for as many interested persons as possible to master the skills of working with it.

During the seminar, participants were able to get acquainted with:

• the structure and modules of the TEBIS software
• the features of modeling parts of varying degrees of complexity
• the creation and verification of technological processes
• the possibilities of analyzing various processing strategies
