Fifth International Exhibition «Modern Educational Institutions – 2014»

On March 18-20, 2014, the Fifth International Exhibition «Modern Educational Institutions – 2014» was held in the «KyivExpoPlaza» exhibition center. The organizers of the exhibition were: the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, the company «Exhibition World».

For the participants of the exhibition, a rating exhibition competition was held with the awarding of the winners with Grand Prix awards.

995 educational institutions of various levels and forms of ownership from all regions of Ukraine, as well as participants from Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, the USA, Russia, Moldova, and Uzbekistan, presented their significant innovative achievements.

According to the highest indicators of the rating exhibition competition in the areas of international activity and scientific and scientific and technical activity. 26 educational institutions, including the Zaporizhzhia National Technical University, were awarded the honorary awards of the Grand Prix «Leader of International Activity» and «Leader of Scientific and Scientific and Technical Activity».

Within the framework of the exhibition, according to the indicators of the international scientometric database SciVerse Scopus, 27 educational institutions were awarded the exhibition Certificate «Quality of Scientific Publications» according to the indicators of the Hirsch index in Scopus (h-index), including Zaporizhzhia National Technical University.

At the exhibition, priority directions for the development of higher education, issues of further improvement of the activities of higher educational institutions were discussed, innovative developments and achievements were presented. Foreign participants of the exhibition presented the experience of cooperation with Ukrainian colleagues.

The Zaporizhzhia National Technical University was also awarded the Diploma «For the presentation of achievements in the innovative modernization of national education».

The international exhibition «Modern Educational Institutions» is today the largest professional forum of educational, scientific and scientific and technical innovations.
