Educational project «Success»

The Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University completed the educational project «Success», which was implemented by the Department of Education and Science of the City Council with the support of three higher education institutions of the city of Zaporizhzhia. Students who chose physics and English studied at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University.

The participants — gifted students in grades 7–10 — immersed themselves in studying their chosen subjects not «according to the textbook,» but through practice, discussion, interesting tasks, and live communication. Together with teachers from the Department of Physics and the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation, they learned to think, analyze, and express their ideas.

During this time, students managed to do much more than just attend classes: get acquainted with the specialties of Zaporizhia Polytechnic University, interactive locations, 3D technologies, IT, engineering, media literacy, law school, and career guidance testing.

There was both history — at the Museum of Technical Progress, and real science — at the Quantum Educational and Scientific Experiment Center, where physics comes to life.

And the finale was a separate adventure. A Harry Potter-style quest turned the university into a magical world: teams, tests, riddles, quizzes, even a «potions lesson.» To win, the participants needed logic, creativity, and team spirit. The result was a victory for Hufflepuff, diplomas of «bachelor of magic» for all participants, and the initiation of the winners into «masters.»

The «Success» project was a great opportunity for talented students to gain new knowledge and experience the atmosphere of student life, find new friends, show their abilities and make sure that studying can be exciting, creative and full of vivid impressions. It is such initiatives that help to discover the potential of young people and inspire future applicants to choose Zaporizhia Polytechnic for further education!
