The Education for Business and Careers Training Center of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University offers the implementation of a lifelong learning program

On January 12, 2023, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the first reading Bill No. 7039 «On Adult Education». The final adoption of the bill will allow Ukrainians who need retraining to continuously learn «throughout their lives».

The model, when a person acquires competences in youth in educational institutions and works, as a rule, in one specialty at one enterprise all their lives, is outdated and irrelevant. The law allows enterprise managers to recognize the results of informal learning.
