Science Week: exciting projects!
From March 10 to April 18, Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University conducted 22 unique scientific projects for students of 16 schools in the city: Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 45, Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 85, Zaporizhzhia Specialized School No. 100, Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 93, Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 106, Zaporizhzhia General Educational Sanatorium-Boarding School No. 7 of I–II Degrees, Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 85, Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium «Contact», Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 91, Zaporizhzhia Social and Humanitarian Gymnasium No. 27, Zaporizhzhia Academic Lyceum No. 46, Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 55, Khortytsya Academic Lyceum, Zaporizhzhia Educational Complex No. 67, Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 28 and Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 2.
Students in grades 6–11 immersed themselves in the world of:
— technology and smart transportation
— electronics and programming
— energy and new materials
— logic, critical thinking and financial literacy
— media, marketing, law and design
We «investigated» cases in a metallurgical laboratory, developed branding for Ukrainian cities, learned how energy is generated, immersed ourselves in sound… and much, much more.
The feedback from participants and their teachers is inspiring and proves that we are on the right track:
