Young scientists of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University performed at the All-Ukrainian «Night of Youth Science – 2024 in Wartime»
On May 17, traditionally for the Day of Science in Ukraine, the VIII popular science event «Night of Youth Science – 2024 in Wartime» was held.
The participants were greeted by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Denys Kurbatov, Head of the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Olesya Vashchuk.
The event is held annually by the Council of Young Scientists with the aim of popularizing the scientific achievements of young scientists, establishing cooperation between young scientists, and establishing ties with key stakeholders and foreign partners in wartime.
About 50 young scientists from all over the country, working in various areas of research, presented the results of their scientific achievements. Young scientists from Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University also spoke.
Yana Vikhlyaeva, senior lecturer at the Department of Social Work, with a report «Mental piggy bank of a Ukrainian».
Olena Burka, associate professor at the Department of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy, with a report «Introduction of foreign experience into the educational process of masters in specialty 227 «Therapy and Rehabilitation»».
Liudmyla Shuba and Hanna Omok, associate professors at the Department of Physical Culture and Sports Management, with a report «Use of fitness equipment for women aged 30-35 to maintain physical and mental health in the context of war».
Serhiy Leoshchenko, senior lecturer at the Department of Software, head of the scientific society of students, postgraduates, doctoral candidates, young scientists and specialists of our university, with a report «Development and research the methods structural optimization of neural networks for medical diagnostics«.
Following the results of the »Youth Science Night”, all five speakers were awarded certificates.
