International Volunteer Day at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic
On December 4, International Volunteer Day was celebrated at the «FREETIME» youth hub at Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University.
I congratulated the active youth of Zaporizhzhia, who are constantly doing everything to bring the Ukrainian victory closer. at. Zaporizhzhia Mayor Regina Kharchenko and Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Socio-Economic Development and Youth Policy of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University Andriy Ivanchenko.
The greeting from the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Mykola Trofymenko, who visited the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic during a working visit to the Zaporizhzhia region, was unexpected and very pleasant for the participants.
Our students were awarded diplomas of honor of the executive committee of the Zaporizhzhia City Council for an active public position aimed at the development of volunteering and helping the community and on the occasion of the celebration of the International Volunteer Day:
– second-year undergraduate student of the Faculty of Information Security and Electronic Communications of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University, acting head of the student self-government and professional bureau of faculty students, organizer of a series of charity events at the university of Vladislav Patalakh
– a student of the 1st year of the separate structural unit «Zaporizhsky Electrotechnical Vocational College of NU »Zaporizhsky Polytechnic« majoring in »Electric machines, electrical and electrical apparatus”, an active participant in volunteer and charity events and promotions of the city Danylo Sirik
And then – a festive quest, in which the team of young volunteers of the city won, for which they received valuable gifts from the organizers, informal communication, coffee and the best atmosphere!
Congratulations to the young volunteers of Zaporizhzhia! Thank you for your courage, responsibility, energy, sincerity and work!
