Memes, laughter and English: what it was like at the English Speaking Club!
On December 3, the walls of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University were filled with laughter, jokes and bright emotions! This time, the next English Speaking Club was dedicated to an unusual but very significant topic – memeology. And if you think that memes are just entertainment, then we proved that they are also a great way to improve your English!
The event began with the game «Guess the Meme», where participants competed in speed and intelligence. But the fun was just beginning!
The next stage was the quiz «What Meme Are You?», where everyone could find out which meme alter ego corresponds to them. The results became a reason for heated discussions and, of course, sincere laughter.
During the coffee break, students enjoyed warm drinks and snacks, exchanged their favorite memes and shared the funniest stories. Even the shyest participants revealed themselves to the fullest.
The bright finale was the improvisation from the teams: the participants acted out scenes based on memes on the go, demonstrating real creativity and acting skills. It was incredibly fun and unexpected!
