Master class «Construction of graphic primitives using the turtle library»
The Department of Software Tools of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University invites schoolchildren and students to a free master class «Construction of graphic primitives using the turtle library», which will be held March 28 at 17:00.
The speaker will be the senior lecturer of the Department of Software Tools Larysa Deynega.
The master class will be held with the support of the Center for Professional Development of Pedagogical Workers of the Zaporizhzhia City Council.
The master class program includes:
- a detailed review of the main features of the turtle library and examples of using its functions
- a comparison of the program’s operation after changes to various parameters
- using a random value to build shapes
After the master class, you will be able to create your own original shapes using the example, choosing the desired size, color, and other parameters.
We recommend that you install software for writing and running programs in Python before starting the master class (you can download it from https://www.python.org/downloads/ or https://thonny.org/).
