Lecture «Fundamentals of cognitive-behavioral therapy and correlation of CBT with other psychotherapeutic currents»
On June 17, Ihor Mishunin – clinical psychologist, cognitive-behavioral therapist, member of the Israeli trauma coalition – visited Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University.
Ihor held a lecture for our students «Fundamentals of cognitive-behavioral therapy and the correlation of CBT with other psychotherapeutic currents».
During the lecture, students learned:
- what are the features of cognitive-behavioral therapy
- what is CBT of the first, second and third waves
- how cognitive-behavioral therapy is combined with other currents of psychotherapy
