Round table «Conceptual principles for the implementation of the project for the introduction of specialized education in general educational institutions of Zaporizhzhia together with Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic»
On August 23, our university held a round table «Conceptual principles for the implementation of the project for the introduction of specialized education in general educational institutions of Zaporizhzhia together with Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic» with the support of the Department of Education and Science of the Zaporizhzhia City Council. It was attended by school principals of Zaporizhzhia and Zaporizhzhia region, directors of institutions of professional pre-higher education and extracurricular educational institutions.
The main goal of the meeting was to present educational initiatives and career guidance activities for educational institutions from Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic.
The rector of the university, Viktor Greshta, congratulated the educators on the Day of the State Flag and the Independence Day of Ukraine, as well as on the beginning of the new academic year. He thanked the administration and teaching staff of educational institutions for their active position and hard work. Today, it is extremely important to continue working and developing education, to form modern skills in scientific research and engineering activities, to form a sustainable interest in engineering and technical professions.
Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Zaporizhzhia City Council Yuliia Pogrebnyak noted that Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic is a university of opportunities, and the proposed educational projects allow you to acquire practical skills and abilities. Together, we ensure stable development for children who have been studying in extremely difficult conditions for many years.

The main speaker of the meeting was the director of the Educational, Scientific and Production Center «Zaporizhzhia Regional Center of Polytechnic Education» Tetyana Solovyova. Many interesting and diverse events were held over the past academic year. During the meeting, STEM education projects, annual career guidance and educational events were presented, and new projects from Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic were presented.
