Conference-meeting of DAAD project coordinators
Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University continues active international cooperation. On October 17–18, a conference-meeting of DAAD project coordinators was held in Bonn, where the results of cooperation between Ukrainian and German universities, as well as new opportunities for development, were discussed.
Our university actively participates in the implementation of projects within the framework of the following DAAD programs:
- «Support for the internationalization of Ukrainian universities»
- «Digital Ukraine: ensuring academic success in times of crisis»
- «Ukraine of the future — Scholarship program for scientists and students from Ukraine at German universities»
- «Eastern Partnership»
Thanks to such programs, Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic continues to support scientific and human resources potential, international academic mobility, infrastructure and equipment.
The event was attended by coordinators of the project «Digital Labs & Lectures for Ukrainian, German & International Students» (DILLUGIS) Kateryna Antonyuk and Dmytro Antonyuk, as well as the coordinator of the projects «Virtual Masters Ukraine» (ViMUk), «Virtual Master Cooperation DataScience» Halyna Tabunshchyk. They took part in discussing the solution of issues related to new challenges for Ukrainian universities, especially in war conditions, and planning further cooperation.
One of the key areas was the discussion of the role of higher education in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine and the expansion of digital learning. New support programs for Ukrainian universities are expected, which opens up prospects for the further development of our international cooperation.
