Information events from the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic NCP and KPI named after Ihor Sikorsky
December 12-13 National contact point of the Horizon Europe program in the area of activity «Research infrastructures» Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University together with the National contact point in the area of «Expansion of participation and strengthening of the European research area» KPI named after Ihor Sikorsky held information events dedicated to participation in the «Horizon Europe» program in the city of Lviv. Experts from the «Horizon Europe in Ukraine Office» of NFSU participated in the events, who joined as speakers.
On December 12, an information day was held on the basis of the Ukrainian Catholic University in a hybrid format. Among the issues that were covered during the event:
- general rules and features of participation in the Horizon Europe program
- component «WIDERA»: narrowing the gap between the leading countries of the program and those with a lower level of scientific research activity
- access to research infrastructures for Ukrainian research
- features of forming a consortium in the Horizon Europe program.
On December 13, an information day devoted to the program components of «WIDERA» and «Research infrastructures» was held at Ivan Franko Lviv National University. Larisa Tumarchenko, a leading specialist of the Research Infrastructures NCP, highlighted the possibilities of access to European research infrastructures, which open new horizons for Ukrainian organizations.
The event brought together Ukrainian researchers, scientists and representatives of the academic community who are eager to join new opportunities within the Horizon Europe program.
