How to register online for the EVI / EFVV when entering a master’s degree?
1. Create a set of scanned copies of the following documents:
- completed application form for registration of the examination sheet with your qualified electronic signature
- identification document
- document confirming information about the registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (RNOKPP), OR a document confirming the reason for not entering information about the RNOKPP in the application form
- document on the obtained higher education degree (for those who completed their studies in previous years)
- certificate on the planned date of completion of studies and obtaining a diploma in 2024 (except for graduates of the bachelor’s degree of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University)
- 3×4 photo card (color or black and white) with an image corresponding to the achieved age of the applicant (jpg or pdf formats no more than 1 MB)
- medical report in the form of primary accounting documentation 086-3/o (in case of need to create special (special) conditions for passing the entrance exams)
When filling out the application form with the information necessary for issuing the examination sheet, potential masters must indicate the settlement in Ukraine or abroad in which they wish to take the EFVV and/or EVI, the name of the foreign language in which they wish to take the EVI and the name(s) of the EFVV (pedagogy and psychology, psychology and sociology, economics and international economics, accounting and finance, management and administration, political science and international relations, information technology). To pass the EFVV, you can choose testing from no more than two subject areas.
2. Send scanned copies or photocopies of registration documents to the admissions committee’s email address nuzp.pk@gmail.com.
3. Get a scanned copy of the exam sheet.
