How to register offline for EVI / EFVV when entering a master’s degree?

1. Provide the following documents to the admissions committee representative:

• identity document
• document confirming information about the registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (RNOKPP), OR a document confirming the reason for not entering information about the RNOKPP in the application form
• document on the degree of higher education (for those who completed their studies in previous years)
• certificate on the planned date of completion of studies and obtaining a diploma in 2024 (except for graduates of the bachelor’s program of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University)
• a 3×4 photo card (color or black and white) for documents with an image corresponding to the applicant’s age or its electronic version (jpg or pdf formats no more than 1 MB)
• medical report in the form of a primary accounting documentation 086-3/o (if necessary to create special (special) conditions for passing entrance exams)

2. Get a completed exam sheet.
