The game «Financial Pixie» as part of Global Money Week
On March 26, students of the Children’s and Youth Scientific University «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic» took part in the game «Financial Pixie», initiated by Junior Achievement Ukraine in partnership with the National Bank of Ukraine for Global Money Week.
Global Money Week — an annual international educational campaign aimed at developing financial awareness among children and youth, developing the knowledge, skills, behaviors, and attitudes toward money needed to make smart and informed financial decisions that will lead to financial well-being and sustainability.
The students were greeted by the Dean of the Faculty of Business Technologies and Economics, Olena Vasilyeva, and the Director of DYUNU, Olena Nazarova.
In order to play and compete, students from Zaporizhzhia gymnasiums No. 61, No. 107, No. 28, No. 77, No. 11, No. 103, No. 34, No. 62, Zaporizhzhia Academic Lyceum No. 23, and Energodar Multidisciplinary Lyceum visited Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic.
The team game «Financial Pixie» involves explaining and guessing financial terms without naming them. Schoolchildren immersed themselves in an exciting atmosphere with themed flags and balloons, actively participated in dynamic rounds and competed with excitement among themselves!
All participants received certificates and souvenirs from Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University.
