Ready to enroll in a master’s degree? Then keep the guide to registering for the EVI/EFVV online!

Step 1
Collect scanned copies of all required registration documents:
— application form with electronic signature; The template can be found at the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/17T0dkPmD9i7B6ykaBIb568BJPIJgerrg/view?usp=sharing
— an identity document
— the registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card (RNOKPP)
— a document on the degree of higher education obtained (for persons who completed their studies in previous years — a diploma and an appendix to it)
— a certificate of the planned date of completion of studies and obtaining a diploma in 2025 (except for graduates of the bachelor’s degree of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University)
— a photo card for documents 3×4 (no more than 1 MB)
— a medical certificate in the form of the primary registration documentation 086-3/o (if necessary to create special (special) conditions for passing entrance exams)

When filling out the application form, indicate the location in Ukraine or abroad where you wish to take the EFVV/EVI, and the preferred language of the exams.
You can choose no more than two subject areas for the EFVV.

Step 2
Send scanned copies or photocopies of registration documents to the admissions committee email address nuzp.pk@gmail.com.

Step 3
Get a scanned copy of your exam paper.
