Hotline of the Ombudsman of Ukraine Dmytro Lubinets: 1678
For the convenience of citizens, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Dmytro Lubinets, has introduced an additional communication channel – short hotline number 1678, which can be called free of charge from a mobile phone.
We draw your attention:
– the previous hotline number — 0 800 50 17 20 — continues to work as usual. Currently, there is a transition period so that each applicant can choose a convenient method of communication;
– for calls from abroad, another phone number is valid: +38 044 299 74 08.
The Office of the Ombudsman of Ukraine always stands in defense of human rights and freedoms and remains in touch!
Hotline hours:
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
