Location: Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University (Zaporizhya), ZOOM platform.
The phenomenon of leadership occupies a special place in the processes of education management at various levels. Today, it is a response to global challenges facing the education system, as well as one of the effective mechanisms for ensuring the quality of higher education. Educational leadership exists in several interrelated dimensions: educational leadership, which is provided by the state policy regarding the priority development of the education sphere; leadership for education, which is aimed at the activities of higher education institutions and participants in the educational process for the development of education; leadership in education, in particular, ZVO-leaders and world-class universities.
The purpose of the forum is to form knowledge and competences regarding administration in the field of education on the basis of leadership, improving the qualifications of NPPs, developing a culture of leadership in higher education institutions.
Tasks — development of the ability to manage the strategic development of the team in scientific-pedagogical and scientific activities, to organize the educational process based on modern trends in the quality of education, to critically consider problems in the field of education.
Target group: heads of educational institutions, representatives of state and local self-government bodies, employers, guarantors of educational programs, scientific and pedagogical workers, education seekers.
Thematic areas and issues:
1. UNIVERSITY FOR LEADERSHIP: a university for the development of the leadership potential of society, social mission and pro-social activities of higher education institutions, life-long learning.
2. WORLD-CLASS UNIVERSITY: competitiveness of the university in the context of internationalization, research activities and integration into the European scientific space, cooperation with partners and stakeholders, digitalization, university rankings.
3. LEADERSHIP IN THE UNIVERSITY: management and governance in education, strategic planning of internal education quality assurance systems, process approach to management of educational programs, development of pedagogical skills, student-centered learning and teaching, creation of a motivating educational environment.
Based on the results of the forum, participants have the opportunity to receive a certificate.
