The Faculty of Management of Physical Culture and Sports is a member of the reporting assembly of the branch of the NOC of Ukraine in the Zaporizhzhia region

On December 18, representatives of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports Management of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University took part in the reporting assembly of the branch of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia region.

The agenda of the assembly included summarizing the activities of the NOC of Ukraine branch for 2023–2025, the report of the audit commission, updating the composition of the branch members, determining the priorities of the new Olympic cycle, as well as discussing the prospects for the participation of Zaporizhzhia athletes in the XXXIV Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles (2028).

The following participated in the work of the assembly from the faculty of the UFSK:
– Svitlana Kokareva – member of the branch of the NOC of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia region, dean of the faculty of physical culture and sports management
– Oleksiy Hatsulya – deputy head of the branch of the NOC of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhia region, senior lecturer of the department of physical culture of Olympic and non-Olympic sports
– Boris Kokarev – member of the executive committee of the NOC branch of Ukraine in the Zaporizhzhia region, secretary of meetings, associate professor of the department of physical culture of Olympic and non-Olympic sports

Participants of the assembly noted the effective cooperation of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Sports Management with the branch of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine in the Zaporizhzhia region, in particular, they highly appreciated the joint sports and educational and Olympic events.

A certificate of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine was awarded to Oleksiy Hatsula for his active participation in the development of the Olympic movement in the Zaporizhzhia region.
