Eco-action «Oak-Semiramis. The guardian of the educational institution»
On November 17, Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University took part in the eco-action «Oak-Semiramis. The guardian of the educational institution». Near the 3rd building of the university, students, employees and the university administration planted a unique Oak-Semiramis.
17 organizations and educational institutions took part in the action. The planting was carried out using an ancient technology: seven saplings, descendants of the 700-year-old Zaporizhzhia oak, were connected and planted together.
Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University was glad to join the initiative that supports our traditions and is aimed at improving the ecology of the region!
