Effective financial management together with experts from «STARTUP with Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University»

On March 17, the third open webinar was held as part of the Business Ideas Competition «STARTUP with Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic», where Investhub Club President Oles Varenyk and Justo Co-Founder and CEO Oleksandr Rzhavsky shared their experience on important aspects of managing finances in startups.

The participants learned:
– what is important in communicating with investors
– how to structure a business model, plan and obtain net profit using unit economics tools
– what are the key roles in a startup team and is it possible to launch a startup without a team

The webinar was accompanied by lively interest and active discussion. Mr. Oleksandr Rzhavsky, as an entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience in the field of digital products, operational management and business development, discussed business ideas with the participants, answered all questions and shared his experiences for effective financial management.
