The second module of the Program of Professional Development of Academic Managers

The Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University team took part in the second module of the Professional Development Program for Academic Managers, dedicated to the topic «Strategy in conditions of uncertainty».

The program of the module is aimed at the formation of strategic thinking and covered relevant topics: from the basics of strategizing to cases from international practice. The participants had the opportunity to discuss trends in the development of higher education, policies in the field of science, implementation of strategic decisions and challenges facing institutions in a turbulent environment.

Special attention was paid to such aspects as the openness of science, strategic communication, as well as the practical experience of implementing strategies in Ukraine and Great Britain. The module ended with team work on improving the university’s development strategy.
