DUNE: new knowledge and skills for schoolchildren

This week, the Children’s and Youth Scientific University «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic» was happy to welcome schoolchildren to new circles.

During the classes of the «Technology» circle, students learned about the use and importance of computer-aided design systems in the educational process.

In the «Engineering Computer-Aided Design and 3D Modeling» circle, schoolchildren began to study the interface of the computer-aided design system and AutoCAD drawings and considered the principle of creating and editing drawings. They tried to adjust the drawing parameters and mastered the simplest functions: saving, copying, and printing drawings to demonstrate their future works.

Unknown facts about ancient Ukrainian history, legends, myths, real events, the foundations of Ukrainian identity are the main topics of the «Mysterious History» class.

The first meeting of future leaders took place at the «Journey into the World of Politics» class. They explored the nature of the political world and explored the paths leading to political leadership.

And the first modules of the clubs also began:

Project Thinking (module «Financial Literacy») — schoolchildren learned the history of the development of money fraud, the threat of modern payment fraud and payment security rules

Humanitarian Mosaic (module «Political Leadership») — new knowledge about human rights, freedoms and responsibilities of citizens for high school students

STEM-platform (module «Python Programming») — schoolchildren learned to use mathematical operations when writing programs in the first lesson
