«Career Forum. Business 2024» – activities for everyone!

This year’s winter Career Forum is passionate and dynamic, diverse and sincere! We brought together everyone: employers and students, experts from the university and future applicants, experienced entrepreneurs and managers.

We started traditionally with the speeches of the speakers. The owner of the BestBuy Case chain, Oleksandra Kyrylchenko, shared the secrets of building a successful business, and the Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization, Kostyantyn Koshelenko, focused his speech on the key skills of successful management. Mr. Kostyantyn also donated two copies of his book «Management in Times of War» to the library of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University, and another one was won by the author of the coolest question.

This time, we held two panel discussions on the leading topic: «Zaporizhzhia Business in 2025: Opportunities and Challenges». The participants of the first block were Kostyantyn Koshelenko, Oleksandra Kyrylchenko, co-owner of the company «Sandwich Market», founder of the company «Ochag Delivery», director of the restaurant «Ochag» Hayk Nikoghosyan and director of the All-Ukrainian Expert Service «Ukrekspertyza» Kyrylo Yermolenko. They talked about the importance of higher education, about the skills of a modern businessman and about the opportunity to receive a grant to develop their business.

The second block was focused on the topics of automation and digitalization of traditional businesses, as well as the search for innovative solutions to modern challenges. The speakers were entrepreneur, designer, CEO of Brightmedia, member of the EAM cluster, brand consultant for business owners Kyrylo Sukhatsky, director of CITY MALL shopping mall Vardui Batrakova, CEO of the industrial company Triada-Welding Kyrylo Krasnoselsky, and director and founder of GREEN SYSTEM Oleksandr Safronkin.

And of course, various locations were constantly operating. Employers offered students internships and vacancies. Representatives of the faculties and the Admissions Committee of the Polytechnic were always open to communication with schoolchildren and college students. And at the student government location, interesting raffles were held and a fun atmosphere reigned.
