Business coffee with Yehor Kochnev, director of Lizmark LLC

The «Business Coffee» project continues to bring together successful managers of small and medium-sized businesses in Zaporizhzhia and students of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic who are eager to learn more about building business strategies, acquire new knowledge and skills, and be inspired by the success stories of the speakers.

On April 23, in the FREETIME youth hub, our students and teachers met with Yehor Kochnev, director of Lizmark LLC. Yehor’s company is engaged in the production of lifting equipment, ramps and lifts for people with reduced mobility.

Participants of the meeting asked questions about the operation of business during the war, the process of recruitment of full-time employees and the distribution of responsibilities in the team, opportunities to work with foreign customers, as well as skills that a future entrepreneur should develop.

Egor, as the head of the NGO «Barrier-free environment, rehabilitation and Paralympic sports», talked about the importance of creating a barrier-free environment and the relevant programs operating in our city.

Students from other educational institutions of Zaporizhzhia, as well as representatives of science and government, are gradually joining our «Business Coffee» project. We are glad to unite everyone on the platform of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic.

The speakers and participants of the event are always members of the Zaporizhzhia IAM cluster, demonstrating the openness of business and the desire to participate in the education of a new generation of entrepreneurs.
