Maksakova Ruslan Mykolaivna

From 2003 to 2011, she worked as a people's assessor of the examination board of criminal cases of the court of appeal of the Zaporizhzhia region. From 2008 to 2012, he was a freelance senior researcher at the Center theoretical problems of law-making of the Institute of State and Law named after V.M. Koretsky National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. From 2006 to 2015 - assistant consultant (on public grounds) Deputy of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Council. Took an active part in the implementation legal examination of the Statute of the territorial community of Zaporozhye, and development Prospective development plan of the Zaporizhzhia region for 2008-2015. 2016 - Work as part of the expert commission of the Ministry of Education and Culture regarding the implementation primary accreditation examination of master's training in the specialty 8.03040101 "Jurisprudence" at the Sumy National Agrarian Institute university as the chairman of the commission (December 19-21, 2016). 2023-2024 - member of the branch (appeal) commission of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the specialty "Intellectual property" in 2023-2024
