Scientific and Technical Department
The Scientific and Technical Department for the organization of research work is a structural unit of the Research Unit and is subordinate to the Head of the Research Unit (RDU).
The department includes the following groups:
- on the organization of research work financed from the general fund of the state budget;
- on the organization of research work financed by a special fund of the state budget.
Main tasks of the department
Organization and management of fundamental research, applied research, scientific and technical (experimental) developments in priority areas.
Methodological support for the conclusion of contracts for the performance of scientific and research works.
Organization and holding of research competitions financed from the general fund of the state budget.
Preparation of budget requests for general and special funds of the state budget with calculations and justification of the required volumes of R&D, the number of staff units.
Formation of thematic R&D plans implemented from general and special funds of the state budget and their approval by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Formation of the thematic plan of research, carried out by scientific and pedagogical staff of the departments (within the working hours of teachers).
Preparation of staff lists for fundamental and applied research, scientific and technical (experimental) developments, their approval by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Preparation of estimates for general and special funds of the state budget, calculations to them and their approval by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Methodological guidance and control over calculations and justification of the estimated cost of research by topics and contracts.
