This is the level of Doctor of Philosophy, after which the graduate is able to produce new ideas, solve complex research and innovation problems in the field of political science and conduct their own scientific research with real scientific novelty.
The program develops the ability to analyze politics systematically: to apply quantitative and qualitative research methods, to construct the design of scientific work, to critically evaluate political transformations, communications and security processes.
