Training takes place on the basis of a strong theoretical school and modern material and technical base of the Faculty of Transport.   • Object of activity:

    system engineering for the creation of innovative technical objects of branch mechanical engineering and their operation, in particular wheeled and tracked vehicles, which includes:

    • machines, equipment, complexes, methods and current lines of production of wheeled and tracked vehicles, technologies and means of their design, research, manufacture, operation and disposal;
    • processes, equipment and organization of production of branch mechanical engineering;
    • means and methods of testing and quality control of products of branch mechanical engineering;
    • systems of technical documentation, metrology and standardization.
  • Theoretical content:

    a set of means, methods and techniques aimed at the creation, operation and disposal of wheeled and tracked vehicles, including electric, hybrid and autonomous systems

  • Methods and technologies:

    methods, means and technologies of calculation, design, construction, production, testing, repair and control of wheeled and tracked vehicles, modern information technologies of design, methods of research ofobjects and processes of branch mechanical engineering

  • Tools and equipment:

    main and auxiliary equipment, means of mechanization, automation and control; means of technological, instrumental, metrological, diagnostic, information and organizational equipment of production processes.
