Psychological workshop on self-discovery and resource search from the Center for Assistance to the Rescued in Zaporizhia
The Center for Helping the Rescued of Zaporizhzhia in cooperation with the Department of Psychology of the National University “Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic” invites everyone to a psychological workshop on self-knowledge and resource search.
The program includes:
– analysis of the current mental state
– exercises for self-soothing and self-help
– exercises for getting to know each other and communicating
– metaphorical exercise “I am in the form of a tree: my features and strengths” (working with metaphorical cards)
– art therapy technique “Landscape of my life”
– exercise for self-soothing and recovery “My self-help resources”
Leaders of the workshop:
– Viktoriya Verteba — psychologist of the Center for Assistance to the Rescued
– Tetyana Borodulkina — psychologist of the Center for Assistance to the Rescued, associate professor of the Department of Psychology of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University.

The Center for Assistance to the Rescued in Zaporizhia was created on the initiative of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, with the assistance of the Government Commissioner for Gender Policy, in partnership with UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine, thanks to the financial support of the governments of Austria, Belgium, Spain, Sweden in cooperation with local authorities and the NGO “Association of Ukrainian Ambassadors”.
