Channels for reporting instances of corruption
Information regarding instances of corruption involving applicants, officials, and employees of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University may be reported:
- in writing to the following address: 69011, Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia, 64 Universytetska St.
- by email to: khodaknazk@gmail.com;
- by calling the hotline: +38(093)962-75-35;
- the suggestion box (located in the lobby of the University’s main building at 64 Universytetska St., Zaporizhzhia)
Information may be provided anonymously. An anonymous report of a violation of anti-corruption legislation will be considered if the information contained therein pertains to a specific individual and includes verifiable facts.
An anonymous report cannot be considered a citizen’s petition under the Law of Ukraine “On Citizen Petitions,” and therefore its submission does not require a mandatory response to the complainant.
The information you provide will be used by the administration of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University as a basis for deciding whether to conduct an investigation or take other action in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Prevention of Corruption.”
